For those of you not from Carbon or Emery county Easterin' is our yearly exodus out to the desert.
Truman's favorite was fixing things with Grandpa and climbing on rocks. This kid was in his element. Dirt, rocks, tools, fire, big dogs, horses. Right up his alley. I was sure he would kill himself falling off some of the rocks he climbed, but he was quite the mountain goat.
"Fid it Gummpa. I fid it."
Miles was nonchalant and mellow as ever. He neither loved or hated as usual.
Libby's favorite part was the new sunglasses she got. Here she is declaring "Style!" to all who would notice. While she managed to have plenty of fun she did not love the camping experience. Liberty Mai is well named after Gramma Mai who also is not a fan of camping. When we took her to use the potty in the trailer she took one look and said, "That is not a real potty." Yep. She's Gramma Mai's for sure.
Anne and Sara were in heaven with fire, horses, rocks and plenty of kids their age to play with at last. Anne especially was quite the rodeo queen.
Lunch with some of the cousins.
The chariot. I think they had at least a dozen kids crammed on the back of this thing.
My favorite, the Jump. Gorgeous! No this is not the Wedge you south county folks.
Bird sibs and some Jensen cousins.
Hitting rocks with golf clubs. I think the bushes got hit more than the rocks...
Sunday duds. Not the best picture. We were all pretty stylin' though. Unfortunately, when a certain two year old only eats sugar and doesn't sleep for 3 days he gets nasty.
Speaking of style...
The bows are from Bowlicioius Bowtique you can find the link to her website on my sidebar. Sure you can make your own. If you don't want them to be nearly as cute or last half as long. Seriously, I have yet to find better quality, prices, or selection. As soon as we're done pouring our cash into Utah State I am buying three of everything. Thank you Rachel!

It is so fun to see your little ones growing up. I miss Anne's fun comments in primary.
