Sara's 7th

Sara's birthday happened right smack in the middle of moving. Again. In spite of the chaos we still had fun. She chose Jamba Juice for her date with Mom and Dad. I forgot the camera again. I don't know what my problem is lately, but taking pictures seems to just escape me.

Birthday breakfast of cream puffs. Cream puffs are pretty much the same as german pancakes right? Totally a breakfast food. The little ones were with my mom so I could get packing and cleaning done, so it was a pretty quiet B-day. She waited to have cupcakes the next week so they wouldn't be sad they didn't get cake. We like to drag out birthdays anyways!

Grandma and Grandpa brought presents and took us out to lunch.

Cute cupcakes she decorated herself. Also, this picture refuses to turn.

Sara is such a special part of our family! She always notices anyone who needs help or is feeling sad. She has such a tender heart and is always thinking of others. She's usually the first one up and dressed and ready to go every morning. When she was little I would wake up every morning with her face just inches from mine saying, "Mommy! Mommy! I hungy!" She loves to help me in the kitchen and loves experimenting with her own recipes (I need to be more patient about that!) We sure don't know what we'd do without her!

Our first weekend in Arizona we went to a pretty cool aquarium for her family birthday date. The kids loved it! It cost more than I would have liked, but there was hardly any one else there so the kids pretty much had a ball running from one thing to the next. They were going so fast I only grabbed a couple of pictures at the end.

Looking at the flamingos. I couldn't get them to turn around to have the flamingos in the background.
