Firsts

MILES- First cereal back in November. He's since become a champion eater. HE neither loves nor hates anything and goes along with everything. He'll eat peas! Yes I'm bragging. Peas!

TRUMAN- First black eye. He woke up with it. Seriously. I can only imagine....

 ANNE- First top tooth gone! I love her toothless smile!

 And her first school project. 100 owls divided into 10 groups of 10 for the 100th day of school display. We were both pretty proud of how it turned out!

 SARA- First time with a camera and no supervision. I have 100s more just like this. Here are a few of her better ones. She loves to sneak the camera now and just click away.

And, first time one of my kids surprised me by doing the dishes all on her own. Thank you Sara! I'm pretty sure she forgot about soap. I pretended I didn't know that and put them away anyway because I figured I liked having someone else do them and I didn't want to squelch her ambition.

LIBBY- First time one of my children has ever cut her own hair. I'm lucky I've made it to the 3rd girlo without this incident. Apparently her bangs, which I was trying to let grow out, were in her eyes and she'd had enough. I hate to admit how darling they are because I don't want her to think it was a good idea. They're sure cute though!
